This is the second time that I have eaten here. While I got the hibachi steak and shrimp last time, I decided to try the sushi. It did NOT disappoint!! The Godzilla roll was incredible. I will probably get that every time I go there from now on! The service was great as always, super attentive. I love how cozy this restaurant seems. It's kind of dimly lit, which I love!
We order to go weekly. I love their Hwy 9 and the Tempura California Roll- both always arrive hot and are so good. The noodles we got for our toddler and she loved them. They had an unexpected but delicious taste. When we dine in the staff is always friendly and attentive.
Absolutely loved this location. Used to be Fatz but now it's very nice inside. Staff greets you upon arriving and in passing with konnichiwa. The food was amazing. I've been to three locations in this food was the best (tho all are good). Seasoned. Generous portions. If the sushi has crawfish....order it. Everything is seasoned and delicious. Presentation a 10! Did I say food was good??!
Good solid food. Convenient and affordable. Exactly what the neighborhood needs. I enjoyed my "bento box" filled with a lot of variety.
We've tried the Lexington location and I was super excited to see them open a location in Irmo. The sushi here is so delicious and well made. The options are expansive and the prices aren't too bad. The servers made great suggestions. It's always a win when my kids can try a variety of foods and eat pretty much everything.

One of the best ... anywhere! The service is akin to a Michelin starred restaurant. The food quality was far beyond expectations. We sampled a wide variety of their sushi. Perfect. Very generous fish:rice ratio in the nigiri. Dio was an outstanding Maitre d' / server. Highly recommended.
This was a nice place. We all had bowls and it was a generous helping for the money. My son and I had the chicken bowl and my wife had the bang bang chicken bowl. It was all very tasty and the staff was very friendly. We plan on coming again or getting it to go.
First time trying to newly opened Konnichiwa in Irmo. Heard good reviews of the one in Lexington so wanted to give this one a try. The restaurant was nice and clean and provided a lot of seating. We did have a little of a wait in between being seated and ordering. They were a little busy so no big deal. The food came quick & was hot/fresh. The spider roll was good! 8/10 - the tuna roll was okay. The texture was a bit different from other tuna rolls I've had - 5/10. The spring rolls were really good! 9/10 - the sauce that came with it was delish! The bang bang rice bowl was pretty good. I will be asking for no green beans next time, it was way too many. 7/10. The Bento was alright. Lacked some flavor. The Gyoza that came along with it was good! Over all it was a 7/10. I look forward to trying to different rolls next time!
